JTE was founded in September 2003 by Paul R. LaRoux to provide highest quality applications software development services to the American military at low cost.  He has demonstrated he can achieve his goal through a company built on three components:

·       A technically qualified flat management structure.

·       A small, highly qualified and motivated work force.

·       A Prototyping Methodology for applications software development

All JTE engineers have at least four years experience developing applications software utilizing the JTE Prototyping Methodology.  Applications were developed to support the Navy, Air Force, and Special Operations Forces.  They were developed using the Microsoft Developer Studio environment for the Microsoft .NET framework using C++, C#, and Visual Basic.
